Research On The Effective Path To Promote Strict Management Of The Youth League In Xinjiang Universities And Colleges

The Communist Party of China has a call and the Communist Youth League of China has action.As the party's assistant and reserve force,the Communist Youth League should target Seeing Party self-governance exercised fully and with rigor.And manage the party in a strict and comprehensive manner.On January 10,2017,the Sixth Plenary Session of the17 th Communist Youth League adopted the "Regulations on Promoting Strict Administration of the Youth League under the New Situation",which made clear requirements for the strict governance of the Communist Youth League.The report of the18 th National Congress of the Communist Youth League emphasized that under the leadership of Xi Jinping's Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,we must insist on strict management of the Youth League.On July 2,2018,Xi Jinping,General Secretary of the Communist Party of China(CPC),emphasized in a group conversation with members of the new leadership team of the Central Committee of the Youth League that the requirements of strict governance of the Youth League should be earnestly implemented.Therefore,it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to study the path of promoting the strict regiment in the New Era.The Communist Youth League in colleges and universities is an important part of the Communist Youth League.Strictly governing the Youth League is not only related to the better realization of the functions of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities,but also related to the quality of college personnel training.Promoting the strict administration of the Youth League in Xinjiang universities will help the Communist Youth League play the role of ideological and political education,build consensus among the youth and guide the youth to play a vital role in maintaining social stability and long-term stability in Xinjiang.Based on the construction and development of the Communist Youth League in the New Era,this paper obtain the current situation of the strict governance of Xinjiang universities by conducting field research and interviews,and conduct research using literature research methods,questionnaire survey methods and interview methods.The thesis is developed from three aspects:The first aspect is the elaboration of the basic theory of strict regimentation,which mainly includes four parts: the concept of strict regimentation,the proposal and development,the basic content and implementation requirements.In addition,it expounds the significance of promoting the Youth League in Xinjiang colleges and universities from five aspects: Party and League relations,Xinjiang Social Governance,General objectives of Xinjiang work,self-construction of the Communist Youth League of Xinjiang universities,and ideological and political education of Xinjiang universities.The second aspect is to understand the status The second aspect is to understand the current situation of the strictly governing of the Youth League in Xinjiang universities through questionnaire and interview.According to the survey results,summarize the five aspects of the achievements and problems in the process of the strictly governing of the Youth League in Xinjiang universities.And analyze the reasons for the existing problems with the actual environmentIn the third aspect,according to the results of literature research and practical research,in view of the problems in the process of promoting the strict control of the Communist Youth League in Xinjiang universities,combined with the relevant requirements of the strict governance of the Communist Youth League,reasonable suggestions are put forward.This part is the key part of this paper,and it is also an important measure for colleges and universities to promote strictly governing of the Youth League in the New Era.This article discusses the effective ways for Xinjiang colleges and universities to promote strict governance of the Communist Youth League in the New Era,and provides feasible suggestions for the reform of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities.And further provides a favorable reference for the normalization construction of the strict governance of the Communist Youth League,and promotes the development of the strict governance of the Communist Youth League to the in-depth.
