Research On Building Emergency Management Mechanism In Kindergarten

Kindergarten safety management is an important part of the kindergarten management. The most important goal of kindergarten safety management work is to ensure children’s physical health and safety in the kindergarten and to create favorable conditions and environment for the healthy growth of children and a happy life. Affected by the childhood level of physical and mental development, age characteristics, cognitive level, awareness and knowledge of life experience, kindergarten emergency is inevitable and impossible to defend effectively. After the outbreak of the emergency, it often brings a major threat to young children’s health and life safety. Therefore, the establishment of a sound emergency management mechanism becomes important of kindergarten safety management work.Through the physical collection and interviews, the study found that our kindergarten building in emergency management mechanism is still in the initial stage. For example, kindergartens take diversification measures to prevent and deal with emergencies through a variety of channels, such as the implementation of kindergarten safety education, to carry out various types of fire drill, developed some safety management systems. But, on the whole, these measures have yet to form a cohesive force, did not form a systematic and comprehensive emergency management mechanism. Kindergarten attaches great importance to the prevention and treatment of emergencies in crisis management; however, the provisions and implementation of early warning for emergency and rehabilitation are still great inadequacies. Some kindergartens system only remain in the text level, such as the relevant person in charge of the private kindergarten not fully implement the system of child care shuttle, parents of young children not fully in accordance with the requirements of the kindergartens shuttle system transfers young children, etc. kindergartens yet to establish and improve a system of comprehensive emergency management mechanism, which makes kindergarten emergency management work can not be effectively carried out smoothly, resulting in the frequent occurrence of unexpected events.Based on the above considerations, the paper select Heath’s4R crisis management theory as the main theoretical basis, rely on the kind of collection, interview, try to build kindergartens emergency management mechanism in theory. The kindergarten emergency management mechanism mainly consists of four sub-mechanisms, such as kindergartens emergency prevention mechanisms, the kindergarten emergency warning mechanism, the kindergarten emergency handling mechanism, kindergarten emergencies aftermath mechanism. Each sub-mechanism is a whole, but also they are an integral part in the overall mechanism, mutual relationship between the each sub-mechanisms and common to play a role in the management of emergencies.
