Safety First, Prevention Primary is the most basic premise to ensurethe smooth running of all walks of life. No doubt, safety awareness cannotbe improved without security education. As the main front of education, theschools are shouldering the responsibility of security education and securityeducation should be one of the important contents of the education task.Especially in recent years, due to the deficiency of security education,frequent school safety accidents highlighted the urgency of securityeducation in the primary and middle school. In recent years, various socialcauses have constantly progressed in Dongsheng District, Erdos, but thealong with the rapid development emerged some overt and covert safetyproblems, especially in primary and secondary school students have caughtmore public attention. Through investigation and analysis of the localprimary and secondary schools, this paper attempts to put forwardcountermeasures accordingly for the further development of the localeducational cause.This thesis is divided into four main parts:In the foreword, this paper focuses on the importance and education ofmiddle and primary schools and relates the fact that in the economicallydeveloped society, the death toll connected to natural disasters, man-madefactors is increasing year by year. Security education, as an importantsubject, has been referred to a very important program. Macroscopicallyspeaking, security education concerns the stability of a country, theprosperity of a nation and the economic revitalization. On the micro level,the implementation of security education is critical to the physical andmental health of those who live in Dongsheng District, Erdos. Especiallysignificant for the primary and secondary school students who areexperiencing their preadolescence. Presently, documents of securityeducation can be hardly found, and that for Dongsheng District, Erdos school security education is yet found. Therefore, this thesis titled PresentSituation and Countermeasures of Primary and Secondary Schools onSecurity education in Dongsheng District, Erdos is of value.The second part presents the present situation of security education inschools in Dongsheng District, Erdos. This part is divided into three partsand relates the basic situation, the results and the existing problems of thesecurity education in primary and secondary schools of Dongsheng District,Erdos. This part elaborates the school running, the security of schoolbuildings, the security of infrastructure, security management and securityeducation of the existing primary and secondary schools in DongshengDistrict,Erdos. But at the same time, there are also some security issues.Being a teacher as well as a participant of security education, the author hasfound some security education related problems through the personalteaching experience and lots of investigation, interviews and observation.The existing problems mainly includes the formalization of securityeducation, the one-sidedness of security education, the rigid form ofsecurity education, the oneness of the carrier of security education and thelack of systematic administration for security education.The third part focuses on the countermeasures for the securityeducation in Dongsheng District primary and secondary schools. Based onthe above mentioned problems, through scientific analysis, the author putsforward five major measures which cover all-round of the securityeducation. The first is to normalize the security education and make it beseen in family life, school teaching and social practice. The second is tomake the security education content serialization, from the securityeducation on internet, in daily life and that of the physical and mentaleducation. The third is to combine the security education between classeducation and outdoor practice, routine security education and thematicsecurity education, the security education teaching and being taught and tryto form various security education forms. The fourth is to publicize the importance of security education in an all-round form. The fifth is tosystematically implement the administration of these measures for securityeducation. Through the implementation of these measures, the author hopeshelp to perfect the security education of the primary and secondary schoolsin Erdos school security education problem.The conclusion part summarizes the present situation, the existingproblems of security education and the countermeasures for them inDongsheng District, Erdos. This part further states that in the schooleducation field, knowledge education and security education are of sameimportance, and security education should be taken as an important part ofschool education. The author hence hopes that the security education inDongsheng District, Erdos should form part of the campus culture. Therebyset security education as a form of culture and make it as one of the keyissues of the education effort that can change the mind and behavior. Thisis also one topic that deserves more research in security education in thefuture.
