Education is an important constitution of the social undertakings. Agood education environment and proofed education quality guarantee theregional economic development and are also considered as importantsymbols of the harmonious development of economy and society. Therelationship between education and the economic development isself-evident: on the one hand, the growth of economy influences theeducation demand, and thus determines the education scale, structure andthe quality of teachers;on the other hand, education provides a variety oflabor for the society, and thus promotes the economic development. Theproblem is that, with the region’s rapid economic development, theexpansion of the city area and the population aggregation, the teamconstruction of the teachers shows a hysteresis in compare with theeconomic development. That also explains the situation in DongshengDistrict,Ordos, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. With the rapiddevelopment of economy, the team construction of school teachers inDongsheng District shows a non-coordinated trend, meanwhile someother regions in China are facing the same difficulties. In recent years, theeducational reform and development of Dongsheng District, Ordos havegained remarkable achievements, but compared with the educationadvanced areas, there is still a long way to go. The education ofDongsheng has yet no advantage of keeping a leading position in Ordos.Many problems and difficulties remain unsolved in aspect of coordinatingwith the educational development and economic progress.Therefore, the research in combination on the basis of field surveythat intend to make a specific research of the relationship betweeneconomic development and the team construction of primary andsecondary school teachers in Dongsheng District of Erdos City. TakingDongsheng District as an example to explore the discordant factors inbetween the above mentioned items, in order to explore a road of coordinated development and improve the present education situation,which is urgent and significant.
