The Planning And Design Of The Regional Educational Basic Information Database

As an important part of the national modern education management and service system, the Educational basic information Database is the fundamental project to support the entire modernization of education management. Construction requirements had been mentioned clearly in the nationally published macro policy of education. Regional education basic information Database is the underlying structure of the national educational basic information database, which construction is of great significance. However, this thesis is focusing on how to construct district educational basic information database of the top-level programming effectively. This paper mainly focused on the research of top-level planning and design of regional education basic information database. Based on analyzing the current situation on construction and development of educational information database, and referring to the demand reflected by the advice of data requirements, this paper discussed the database prototype structure systematically, and put forward the overall technology architecture of regional education basic information database. It expounds the main construction contents of the database, providing some reference for the construction plan of our country’s regional education basic information database.This thesis consists of six parts,In the first part is the introduction, which begins with the core problem of this study, and then leads to the title of this paper, and expounds the background, significance, contents and methods of the research finally. The second part is the current situation on construction and development of educational information database. Educational basic information database construction situation of abroad, domestic and regional was been analyzed objectively. Area of the third part is requirements analysis of regional education basic information database. It mainly investigates and analysis the construction situation and data demand situation of regional education basic information database. This part induces and concludes the current problem to be solved of China’s regional education basic information database. The fourth part is the prototype design of the regional education base information database. I construct the prototype of regional education basic information database, which is based on the present construction situation and requirements analysis of the regional education base information database. This prototype is the associated design on business content of the database, scope of the data, type of the data and platform function, which is consulted from three dimensions as business model, data model and function model. The fifth part is the planning and design of regional education basic information database. It mainly discusses the construction principles and construction goals of regional education basic information database. According to the prototype design of regional education basic information database, this part put forward the overall technology architecture of the construction on regional education basic information database. And the construction of regional education basic information database has been elaborated deeply from three aspects as follows, infrastructure construction, data center construction and the security system construction. In the end, this part extends the content properly which was not covered in this paper.
