This article from the perspective of interpersonal relation theory research the effectivenessof the management decision-making in colleges and universities. Management decisioneffectiveness is always the foundation of management and the key problems,and from theperspective of interpersonal relation theory to study more advanced.Along with the expanding of the scale of higher education, colleges and universitiesmanagement difficulty increased,the effectiveness of the management in colleges anduniversities are also put forward higher request. Update education idea and educationthought,on behalf of the university academic organization of different power and interestcoordination of administrative organization,the layers of the degree of teachers’ democraticparticipation in decision-making and reasonable allocation of university human, material andfinancial resources and so on all is the management decision-making factors need to be takeninto account.University organization is not the same as other social organizations, collegesand universities is to cultivate people’s place, it has the particularity of the also increased thedifficulty of the effectiveness of the management decision-making in colleges anduniversities.In this paper, the methods of literature research, comparative research, analyzes theproblems existing in the management decision-making in colleges of our country, high-riseand the lack of basic communication, lack of teachers’ democratic participation inmanagement decisions and formalized, colleges and universities managementdecision-making process of democracy, grassroots teachers rare cause of initiative, lack ofinitiative, the conflict of university academic power and administrative power, lay particularstress on management decisions of administrative power of colleges and universities, andcolleges and universities management decision-makers of limitation.This article from theperspective of interpersonal relation theory to analysis these problems that exist in theuniversity management decisions.About the validity, interpretation of interpersonalmanagement theory is the goal of sex, can accomplish the sustainable development of thesubject, to the reasonable allocation of human, financial, mobilize enthusiasm. Under thiskind of interpretation, combining with the contents of management in colleges anduniversities is proposed in this paper proposed dimensions. The effectiveness of the management decision.Including rich university teachers to participate in the decision-makingof decision-making, the senior management decision makers open democratic style ofleadership, administrative power and academic power in colleges and universities harmonymanagement decisions. Refer to interpersonal relationship theory perspective of thedimensions of the effectiveness of the management decision-making, analysis the reason ofmanagement decision problems in university, and puts forward the strategy and theeffectiveness of the management decision-making in colleges and universities is from changemanagement concept and improve the level of university management decision-makersdecision-making leadership, through the coordination of different organizations in collegesand universities to enhance the academic power and administrative power effective unifieddecision-making, through the construction organization to establish and improve thedecision-making executive supervision and restraint mechanism.The paper mainly divides into four parts. The first part mainly introduces the reason oftopic selection, research purpose and significance, research literature review, research ideasand methods. The second part of the effectiveness of the interpersonal theory perspective,identified the interpersonal theory perspective dimension the effectiveness of the managementdecision-making in colleges and universities. The third part puts forward the problemsexisting in the management decision-making in colleges and universities and has carried onthe reason analysis. The fourth part through the above dimensions determine the effectivenessof management in colleges and universities and the analysis of the causes of affecting theuniversity colleges and universities management decision-making effectiveness, improvingthe effectiveness of university management decisions and strategies are put forward.
