In China, the people oriented administrative logos is rooted from the people oriented idea in the traditional culture; while in western countries it's the production of the development of the people oriented idea. With the reverting of human spirit, the developing of scientific technology, the forming of industrial civilization, the value of human beings is promoted incessantly and human beings are paid more and more attention in the society, the people oriented administrative idea is coming into being gradually, thus the theory of the people oriented administrative logos is produced.The people oriented management, which regards human beings as center and essential and thinks people as main objects and the most important resource, focuses on mobilizing human beings'positivity, go-ahead-ism, and creativity. Human beings should be respected and trusted so that each person would incarnate his or her senses of adscription and value, and get their free development beyond the survival requirement. The people oriented management, therefore, regards respecting human beings as the precondition, trusting human beings as the foundation, the full development of human beings as the center, serving people as the fundamental task and bestirring people as its main methods.Teachers, whose synthetized diathesis is one of the key factors that restrict the educational development, are the main body of the educational practice. The development of teachers'diathesis not only relies on their continuous study and development, but also some certain exterior conditions that can both promoting teachers'development, meet the teachers'rational needs and provide guarantee for schools'continuous development. Such problems in teachers'management haven't been actually better solved because of the restriction of the traditional teachers'management idea and the influence of western modern educational management theory. The radical outlet of envisaging and solving these problems lies in establishing the people oriented teachers'management. Teachers'professional characteristics and the reform of the new curriculum simultaneously have decided that teachers'management must persist in the value tropism of people oriented, teachers oriented and developing of teachers oriented.The people oriented teachers'management regards the developing of teachers as its center and inspiriting the teachers as its means, improve the teachers'professional diathesis, mental diathesis, moral character and culture, as well as physical diathesis and so on by means of establishing developing estimating methods. During actual management, administrators should first build people oriented management idea, definitude the contents of people oriented teachers'management, draw people oriented teachers'management rules in order to induct teachers to boost their own prestige, simultaneously, the building of school culture and the improving of the administrators'own attainment is essential in actualizing the people oriented management.This paper puts forward with pertinence the relevant strategies of people oriented middle-school teachers'management by means of studying the basic theories of people oriented management. It adopted ways of literature, questionnaire, talking and so on, to find out the shortage of people oriented management in course of middle-school researchers'management to provide some profitable opinions for educational administrators.This paper includes six parts, the introduction, origin of people oriented management theory and discussing of its theoretic basic, characteristic of middle-school faculty, seeking some questions disobedient with people oriented management ideas, strategies on how to achieve teachers'management and questionnaire, notes, references and postscript.The feature of this paper lies in setting forth how to actualize strategies of people oriented teachers management through practice which includes the following: strategies of inducting teachers to improve their prestige, strategies of teacher stuff management, strategies of teachers management rules, strategies of school culture, strategies of promoting administrators'diathesis.
