Building a high-quality teacher team has been the only way toenhance the international competitiveness and improve the quality ofeducation. If we improve teacher’s professional level, we can improvethe quality of education. What’s more, we can bring up many talents.At present, the researches of the professional development ofteacher are mostly on excellent or expert teachers. They pay littleattention to pre-service teachers who are well-educated belongs to aspecial group. They are main force of teaching and scientific research,and they impact the quality of school. But they will face a series ofproblems as a new group in their induction stage.This paper consists of six parts. The first part mainly discussesthe background, the goal, the importance, the plan and the methodsof the study. The second part not only defines the key concepts byreviewing the study on new teacher professional development, butalso analysis theory of phase and professional structure so as toprovide the necessary support. The third part gives qualitativedescription to the professional development of three teachersrespectively. This part narrative the growth story of three teachersand analyses the situation of new teacher’s professional development. The fourth part reveals some factors that influences new teacher’sprofessional development. The fifth part is the enlightenment andsome advice and strategies for promoting the new teacher’sprofessional development.
