A Study On College Counselors-team Building

With the popularization of China’s higher education reform, university education is becomingmore and more internationalized, at the same time, with the implementation of credit, increase thenumber of students, college counselor confronted with hitherto unknown challenge. The collegecounselors as an important part of the higher school teachers and management team, to directly facethe students, is to change the students’ Ideological and political education, daily management,socialization is very important role. In the eighteen Party Congress to take moral education as afundamental task of education, indicating the importance of moral education in the whole educationin the work of.But in the face of a sharp increase in the number of students in the new period, various formsof media, the diversification of information, the emergence of many new situations, new problems,to rely solely on the counselor team ever loose is not a good student management。So the counselorsmust improve their own quality, through the effective integration of counselors, construct1+X+Y,multi-angle management students services, and to improve the quality of students, to construct aharmonious campus.This paper focuses on the case analysis on the basis of theoretical analysis, is divided into fivechapters: in the first part of this paper discusses the research background and significance, anddomestic and foreign literature about counselor team building. The second chapter: the collegecounselor team construction related concept analysis. The third chapter: elaborates the theoreticalbasis of counselor team, support for this dissertation outline theory. The fourth chapter: through theanalysis of the questionnaire for the construction of a college counselor team, points out the existingproblems in the counselor team construction and analysis of reasons. The fifth chapter: Based on thepart puts forward countermeasures to solve the construction of college counselors team,respectively from five aspects of team structure, team climate, goal setting, communication,leadership style.
