Stody On Situation And Training For Chines Serving Personnel In International Sports Organiztion

After30years’ implementation of China’s reform and opening up, China’s society hasundertaken earth-taking changes. Chinese comprehensive national strength has beencontinuously enhanced and has obtained certain prestige worldwide. Meanwhile, thedevelopment of China’s sports also reached a new level. In the year2008, Beijing hassuccessfully held the29thsummer Olympic Games, China has attracted world-wideattention. International sports association has also became a important part of the foreignpolicy, China is now paying more and more attention to strengthen the training ofinternational sports organization talents.This study takes Chinese personnel in the international sports organization as theobject, By using the methods of literature, logical analysis, mathematical statistics, andexpert interview method,First，according to the time order, reviewed the development process of Chinese personnelin the international sports organization which was divided into four stages. Then, makedeep analysis of Chinese personnel who was presently posted in the international sportsorganization, including the post position, quality structure, source position.Then draw theconclusion of the adverse factors that restricted the development of the personnel ininternational sports organization.Finally, put forward the corresponding countermeasuresfor promoting the training of more excellent talents in international sports organization:1,enhance China’s physical strength, change the unreasonable factors in international sportsorganization.2,update the unsuitable system, create a good environment for the mothballtalents.3,Sports colleges should deepen the reform, establish standard, systematic trainingmode for international sports organization talent4, intensively training Chinese currentofficials who are now presently posted in international sports organization.5, establishspecial sports foreign institutions, formulate relevant laws, regulations and policies.Hope this research provide reference for our country to develop more excellentinternational sports talents, to make these people enter more international sportsorganizations and play more important roles in international sports organization, so as tobetter safeguard the legal rights in international sports organization.
