| Volleyball is a popular sports in China, Chinese women’s volleyball team had a record offive consecutive brilliant success.But in recent years, Chinese volleyball development haslagged behind the rapid pace of the world volleyball development, not only the existenceof gap compared with the world’s top team, even in Asia we have also lost the absoluteadvantage of the past.There are many reasons for this, such as the weak mass volleyballfoundation,insufficient reserve forces and other objective reasons.But the low physicaltraining level is the important reasons to hinder the development of the sports womenvolleyball in China.Strength training is an important part of physical training, the trainingquality directly affect the athlete’s level of skill and tactics development.Youth volleyballplayers is lay the transitional period of the foundation for the development of competitiveability of higher levels. To strengthen the research on the strength training of the teenagersvolleyball athletes, not only related to the future competitive ability of athletes, but alsorelated to the athletes’ physical and mental health. The research mainly uses the method ofliterature, interview, questionnaire, observation and mathematical statistics to research,draws the following conclusion:1The existence problems of our young women volleyball players strength training:(1) The cultural level of Coaches have short board; Coaches mastering the knowledge ofathletes strength training is not good, Cognitiving the theory of strength training isdefect.The athletes’understanding on principle and theory of the strength training isobscure.They are not in high enthusiasm for training.(2) The fitness coach and team doctor does not get enough attention; The coaches can nottreat the strength training of athletes in a long-term development, lacks soberunderstanding on the individual strength training plan.(3) The strength training content is not comprehensive, the training instrument usuallyused is old; The athletes’ action is not standardized because the coaches pay less attentionto exercises, body posture and exertion sequence; The coaches and athletes attach fewimportance to the protection and safety measures of strength training;The strength trainingmethods and means are relatively obsolete, and the means of recovery after training is toosingle.(4)The monitoring situation in the training process is not ideal; The coaches lack theability to the scientific evaluation and accuracy of training;The scientific regulationprocess is not enough.2Countermeasures to improve China’s youth volleyball athlete strength training level(1) Strengthening the coaches and athletes’ theory study to enhance their cognitive level;increasing the way for the coaches to get physical training knowledge and raising the posttraining time and training mode for the coaches. (2)Introducting some professional fitness coaches.The coach must coordinate with thefitness coach and team doctor to formulate a strength training program; training planshould pay attention to the long-term development of athletes personalized features,timelyadjusting the training plan according to the actual situation of athletes to improve theaccuracy and scientific training plan.(3) Developing the athlete’s strength quality balancely,the strength training content shouldbe comprehensive;learning new theory and method,introducting professional fitness coachand advanced training equipement; paying attention to movement quality strictly.(4) increaseing the recovery methods after training, paying attention to monitoring link intraining, improving the accuracy of evaluation and the accuracy of controlling. |
