| Sexuality education is cultural related, which is suitable for adolescents who are old enough to learn it. Through providing the precise, real and equitable information, sexuality education can impart knowledge, skills and values. Sexuality education gives the chance for human beings to explore their values and attitudes of themselves which is beneficial to cultivate their abilities including better communication skills, risk-reducing skills and decision-making skills of sex. [1]With the development of physiology, adolescents’ sexuality psychology also changes. Therefore, it is significant for adolescents to have high-performance classes of sexuality education.This research is based on two different classes’ students from Grade 7 of an international school in Guangzhou. By using the same materials about "Human reproduction" and "Adolescence" from Grade 7 biology book chapter one, different kinds of teaching methods will be chosen to test two classes’ students. Combining quantization and isotropy, different ways like questionnaires and interviews are adopted to collect the results and then to be analyzed. After analyzing all kinds of results and comments of those two different teaching methods, more optimized suggestions could be proposed to the improvement of sexuality education.It is found that a number of commons are shown on the adolescents while they are facing the sexuality.1.Adolescents always on their own initiative to get the information of sex by diversified ways.2. Girls’ sexuality education is always better than boys and most of the knowledge comes from the people who have experience.3.Most of students’ daily health care is just limited to daily cleaning.4.Nowadays adolescents’ view point of love is more mature than the peers in the past time.5.When talking about sexuality, most of students understanding it and they are not hostile to it.After doing research above, it is found that there should be different ways for imparting different kinds of sexuality knowledge include:1. For the basic analysis of conclusion, traditional teaching methods and test training methods get a better result because students could totally understand what their learning by repeating the knowledge. It is beneficial to their error correction.2. For the skill knowledge, case-study methods could be used for students to make decisions of sexuality. According to the rules of sexuality education, teachers should make comments on their students’ choices fairly. Moreover, teachers should emphasize the importance of health care and explain to students the reason why they should do like this.3. Talking about the goal of sexuality value and sexuality knowledge, students who have mature sex value should be the organizers to make an influence on the others. There is not the "right" answer to the sexuality. The only thing that teachers should do is to lead students to learn sexuality in a proper way. |
