The theory of multiple intelligences was proposed by Martin Gardner,a famousAmerican scholar.It was used in many areas and schools of the western countries.In ourcountry,it was applied in early childhood education, children’s education and Englisheducation.In the research of higher education,it was used in higher vocational schools andtechnical schools firstly.This article uses many research methods,including questionnairesurvey,interview method and comparative analysis,analyzing the characteristics of tourismapplied talents,market demand and discipline’s characteristics.The purpose is building thetourism applied personnel education model and supporting measures.It aimed at improvingknowledge,ability and quality of the talents mainly.It focuses on the establishment of trainingobjectives,the implementation of training plan and establishing security conditions,with basingon the theory of multiple intelligences.The article hope the applied undergraduate talents couldget development in many aspects,enhancing the adaptability of the market,and achievingsustainable development.In the process of personnel training in colleges and universities shouldput emphasis on eight intelligences,strengthening the advantage intelligences,improving theinferior intelligences.For the applied tourism undergraduate talents,it should pay more attentionto the cultivation of creativity and adaptability.The article hopes the model can providesuggestions about the undergraduate talents.The paper was consisted by five parts.The first part is the introduction,elaborating theresearch background and significance, domestic and foreign research review, researchframework and innovation.The second part is the introduction to the theory of research,theconcept and the theory of multiple intelligence.The third part analyzed the feasibility andnecessity of the survey,through the questionnaire and comparative analysis method.The fourthpart builds the model of applied tourism undergraduate talents.The fifth part of the paperexpounded the security conditions of applied tourism undergraduate talent training.
