College students academic misconduct is a recessive factors of restricting thecollege enhancing its soft power. It is also an important manifestation of the student academicmoral anomie. In recent years, college students academic misconduct often frequent. In order tosole the problem, the Ministry of Education has issued a "notice" dealt with severely collegeacademic misconduct, and an advice on effectively strengthen and improve study styleconstruction. And colleges and universities are starting to develop some ways to punish themanagement of students academic misconduct. Weather the system is a complete, scientific,implemental system or not, it will directly affect the system performance. But the author hasinvestigated the system finding that it also has some problems. For example, identifying andpunishing, and the redressing of grievances student academic misconduct has a certainpredicament. This study attempts to apply theory through analyzing the causes, learning fromAmerican universities punish students academic misconduct successful experiences. The ultimategoal is to reconstruct college students academic misconduct disciplinary system with fairness andjustice in line with China’s national conditions. This study consists of four parts:In chapter One, this section introduces the cutting edge of college students academicmisconduct. It includes research propose, research contents, literature review, researchsignificance, research method, research process.In chapter Two, this section introduces China’s college students academic misconductdisciplinary system to related concepts to explain and theory. It includes related conceptsinterpretation and theoretical discourse. The former is mainly related concepts interpretation. Suchas colleges and universities, college student academic misconduct in its performance, Academicsystem, disciplinary system. The latter is mainly to explain the relevant theory. Such as reasonablepunishment theory, procedural justice theory and educational management theory.In chapter Three, this section introduces the status of introduces China’s college studentsacademic misconduct disciplinary system. It includes the analysis of university students’ academicmisconduct disciplinary system overall situation, college student academic misconduct punishableplight and viewing and discussing of reasons for these problems.In chapter Four, this section introduces improving our college students academic misconductdisciplinary system feasibility countermeasures. According to analyze of American collegestudents academic misconduct punish parameters, the author put forward the basic ideas of the disciplinary system to improve China’s college students academic misconduct and reconstructed inline with China’s national conditions, justice and reasonable college students academic misconductdisciplinary system.
