Research On Misconduct Of Graduates' Academic Writing From The Legal Perspective

High-quality graduate education helps our country to cultivate high-quality talents.It is good for the successful and effective implementation of our national innovation and entrepreneurship.At present,the academic misconduct,like plagiarism,academic fraud,academic gunmen,false attribution,has gradually spread throughout the entire academia,which has seriously affected the development process and quality of the scientific research.Within such an undesirable environment,the misconduct in the graduate academic writing is born and it has increasingly caused great concern from the various circles.College education for graduates aims to train both their excellent morals and academic skills,to cultivate their scientific research abilities and to elevate their capalbilities of engaging on one specially technical work.Misconduct of graduate academic writing violated the social integrity and defiled academic spirit.At this opint,it is very urgent tostrengthen the ideological building and the legal construction to prevent and supress this bad tendency.We should always adhere to minding that graduate education is designed to take high moral values establishment and people cultivationAt present,domestic scholars have given many ways to prevent and dispose the misconduct from different aspects.However,those preventive measures are taken so softly and generally and lack the specific and practical system construction.It is very hard to get a complete prevention when the implementation of some systems is easily changeble;the contraning force is weak.On the basis of investigation and research,this paper gives a deep analysis on the phenomena,reason,damge of the acdemic misconduct,learns from the foreign countries' effective way of dealing with the academic misconduct,and reserches how to construct the prevention and control system from the legal thought by combining scientific legislation,strict enforcement of law,and judical justice.
