Education fairness is the important content of social justice, and is the outspread of the social equity in the education field, and also is the foundation of the social fairness, justice, harmony and stability. Along with the increasing prominent of the education in social life, our country’s education fairness, especially the education problem of migrant children, has already caused the attention from the whole society. With the development of the industrialization and the urbanization of our country, groups of peasants have migrant workers to obtain employment, and their children have constituted a huge special group. The current education situation of the migrant children is worrying, as our country’s education system is lag, the tremendous differences between the urban and the rural, and the peasant-workers haven’t been taken in by the big cities.This article analysis the problems of the education fairness the migrant children from the following aspects:First of all, this thesis systematically analysis the basic definition, the internal regularity, and the basic characteristics of education fairness, expounds the judgment standard of education fairness, perspective on the present situation and the specific performance of the education fairness encountered by the migrant children in the, and excavate the education injustice in great depth. Second, in order to deeply understand the education fairness of the migrant children, based on the current situation of it in Changsha of Hunan province, this thesis tried to discuss the aspects which influence the education fairness by establishing logistic analysis model and multiple regression equations, and using statistical software spssl3.0to process the data and statistical analysis and taking confidence for95%.This article carry out a questionnaire to make a survey with the migrant workers in the five districts in Changsha, which are Tianxin, Yuhua, Furong, Yuelu, and Kaifu, a total of485questionnaires are collected. To study the education fairness of Changsha city an empirical study is carried on by establishing Logistic regression model, as the fairness of the migrant children is the dependent variable, eight factors such as the average monthly income, the educational level, the degree of the attention paid by the parents, the high charge of the education, not urbanian, discrimination, far from the school and the type of the school are the independent variables. In the Model the selected data has been standardized to eliminate the influence on the analysis of the data of the different dimensions and the difference between the index orders, and at the same time Hosmer and Lemeshow inspection and Omnibus test have been carried on to check the goodness-of-fit of it, in order to find out precisely the influence factors. The research results show that all the factors have influence on the education fairness of the migrant including the high charge of education, not urbanian, discrimination, the average monthly income, education level, the degree of the attention of the parents (0.050), etc.Finally, according to the influence factors, this thesis put forward some countermeasures to solve the problem of the education unfairness of the migrant children from the four aspects, the government, school, family and the society, to reform education policy in China, to narrow the education gap, so as to promote the education fairness.
