With the rapid development of China’s economy,the living standards of residents have been significantly improved.At the same time,the expenditure on children’s education and training in the family is also increasing,which has gradually become one of the most important items of family economic expenditure.This trend has also attracted the attention of many investors in the society.In addition,the cost of setting up education and training institutions is not high.At one time,a large amount of capital has entered the education and training market,and the teaching and training auxiliary institutions are springing up everywhere.Although in the fierce market competition later,many teaching auxiliary institutions have been eliminated,but excellent education brands are still few,and how to get rid of the bondage of homogeneity in the increasingly diversified consumer demand? How to occupy a larger market share? It has become a problem for all training institutions.In this context,on the basis of sorting out and analyzing the domestic and foreign research literature theory,this paper chooses puxinshengjia education in Tianjin as the research object.First of all,through field survey,questionnaire statistical analysis and case analysis,it makes a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of the marketing of the educational institution,and then,combined with its marketing strategy Secondly,combined with the STP market theory,the paper puts forward the optimization of the marketing strategy of Tianjin Pu Xin Sheng Jia education,which is discussed in detail from the aspects of product,price,channel,promotion,tangible display,personnel and process strategy At last,the paper expounds all kinds of guarantee measures for the implementation of the optimized marketing strategy.It is hoped that the research in this paper can help Pu Xin Sheng Jia education to find a more reasonable marketing model,help the development of enterprises,and also play a reference role in the formulation of marketing strategies for the same type of education and training institutions.
