Advocating active and exploring ways of learning is one of the basic conceptof the new curriculum in high school. Training the students’ autonomous learningand initial exploring ability is also the fundamental way to improve theclassroom teaching efficiency. In the optimal allocation of various teachingresources and reasonable setting of teaching situation, teachers guide thestudents to experience the mathematical discovery process,to understand therational spirit of mathematics and application value and thus comprehend thesignificance of mathematics and experience the fun of learning mathematics andfurther their sense of achievement in the process of "doing mathematics".B·A·Cyxomjnhcknn(1918-1970),a famous educator,said that there is adeep-rooted need in the depths of the human heart,that is,to be anexplorer,researchers,discover,and particularly strong in the children’sspiritual world. Mathematics education must conform to the physical and mentaldevelopment of students and teachers should optimize the integration of all kindsof teaching resources to meet the needs of children’s development. In themathematic classroom teaching,teachers trigger the students to think activelyand guide them to put forward questions and to guess,operate,experience,exploreand discover by creating problem situation.The carrier of guiding the students to explore is problems,so the premiseis that teachers should choose the proper problem for students. The sources ofprobing questions mainly come from optimizing the integration of mathematics curriculum resources,so we can get the suitable learning resources that can leadstudents to explore actively. Next we should develop teaching resources throughthe optimization of student resources,the problems,ideas and even mistakes ofstudents to guide the student explore actively.Integration and optimization of mathematics resources and trainingstudents’ exploring ability in the mode of classroom teaching is “the threesteps”,that is “problem driven and leading-autonomous and cooperativeinquiry-reflection and improved application” In the training mode we emphasizeproblems as the starting point and guide the students to carry out the inquirylearning activities through problems.Based on the students’ zone of proximal development,We should pay attentionto develop students’ question consciousness,cultivate students’ ability toraise questions, and train students’ independent research ability. Besides,we should also focus on developing students’ cooperative study ability,reflective and communicating abilities and leading students to explore questionsfrom multiple perspectives and aspects thus improving students’ researchabilities.To sum up,we really let the inquiry teaching mode“teacher-led,student-centered, exploration as the main line" become the mainmelody of mathematics classroom teaching. Reasonableconfiguration,optimization and integration of various teaching resources andthe creation of problem situations are the premise of guiding students toexplore and discover; the formation of students’ autonomous study ability isthe purpose and destination of developmental mode of teaching. Teachers shouldplay a leading role to optimize various mathematical learning resources andactivate students’ prior experience that inquiry requires. teachers shouldbe in the dominant position; we also should attach importance to students’dominant position in the development of student’s independent inquisition ability; in the classroom teaching, teachers and students make progresstogether by optimizing the learning resources and jointly conducting theinquiry learning. We can say that reasonable configuration and optimizationand combination of various teaching resources are not only beneficial to theimprovement of students’ active inquiry ability,but also to facilitatestudents’ understanding of the nature of mathematics.
