The education’s unbalanced development is always a big problem of China’s basiceducation, especially the teachers and funds.Basic education in rural areas has always beenignored on purpose or not. It seems that only the construction and development of keyschools is the most important task in basic education. But we must recognize that the basiceducation in rural areas accounts for a large proportion of China’s basic education, therefore,if rural education can’t get good development, the overall levels of China’s basic education isdifficult to be improved fundamentally. In order to alleviate the lack of faculty in basic education in rural areas, the phenomenonof Go-teaching starts to appear around. In this paper, we select the Go-teaching of teachers inprimary school as a research object, starts from some concepts such as Go-teaching and thebalanced development of education, to define that Go-teaching is just a kind of educationphenomenon but not an education system.Studies the background of Go-teaching in ruralareas by literature method. It includes inadequate investment in basic education in rural areas, serious shortage of teachers in rural schools; renovation of the original primary andsecondary schools in rural areas and concentrate students to a small part of schools in thetowns, and adjust of the layout of the school; after the implementation of the new curriculumreform, it is difficult to set up the curriculum that regulated by state. After that, it rationalizesthe history of Go-teaching on the basis of collecting literature.Different from the thesis which study pure theory, this paper is based on the research ofpractice. To a certain extent, it avoids the empty talks only from the point of view of thetheory, makes the content fuller and more persuasive. This paper selects a primary school ofX Town in Jinan Shandong province as research object, on the basis of collecting literature, makes in-depth study and investigation of Go-teaching problem by observation and interview.By studying and summing the implementation process of Go-teaching, curriculumarrangement and teacher management of primary school of X Town at the present stage, itshows a more complete Go-teaching model. On this basis, it analyzes the achievements andproblems of Go-teaching by combining the results of the survey. At last, it makes a summaryof the achievements that X Town has obtained after the implementation of Go-teaching. Itincludes four aspects: balancing the faculty and ensuring the professional development of teachers; improving the quality of students and hosting education that people satisfy;improving weak schools and aiding weak disciplines; increasing the quality of educationsubstantially. At the same time, it points out that improving the quality of teachers inGo-teaching system, reducing their burden, exciting them, and arranging the curriculum ofGo-teaching rationally are the problems must be solved in the continue implementation ofGo-teaching.This paper thinks that in order to improve the Go-teaching in rural primary schools, ourgovernment should establish a perfect and diverse system protection to establish and improveteacher incentives mechanism so that teachers in rural areas can have a wide Go-teachingplatform. At last the course arrangement can be optimized and the quality of the qualityeducation in rural areas will be improved. We should have a further consideration thatGo-teaching can’t be limited just in basic education in rural areas but to popularize it to anyplace where the teachers and funds are not balanced. Eventually the Go-teaching will becomean effective means to balance the development of education and funds in local areas. Thisrequires to divide Go-teaching areas and stages reasonably and scientifically to buildGo-teaching network between cities and rural areas to share high quality teacher resources.
