Human resource management related to the company’s competitive advantage and futuresustainable development is an important part of corporate governance. Theoretical study ofhuman resource management more basically a Western human resource theory. As forhuman resources management in the recruitment management, lack of standardized recruitmentprocess, simply resume the collection and screening, interviewing and auditing capabilities, thissimple irregular operation of small and medium sized companies in particular, generally, fromthe fundamental affected the company’s long-term development and cost control.With the rapid economic development and the company’s rapid expansion and economicenvironment, the legal environment of rapid change, the company’s labor costs are getting higherand higher, have been impossible to take a single "human wave tactics" to meet the needs ofbusiness scale, a number of small and medium companies began to explore feasible,standardized hiring, employing mode.In this paper, the theoretical depth analysis, based on the theoretical analysis of therecruitment PEST environmental factors, and then apply the six-step recruitment managementmanagement model designed standard recruitment process operability, and a chain of businessschools as a case, combined with the current situation and future development of the schoolanalyzes its recruitment management aspects for problems effectiveness analysis carried out, thedata show the effect more obvious contrast between before and after application.
