As the One of the pillars of university development,university cultural capital is thesum of condensed school culture essence,which to some extent determine the direction ofdevelopment of the school. As one of the important factors affecting students’ futureemployment direction,which are the inner requirement to promote the development ofhigher education, the inevitable requirement of capital research university culture andreality demand to improve the present situation of university students’ employment byresearching the university of cultural capital’s impact on college students’ careerintention.Cultural capital for university and college students’ career intention of relatedresearch,which is advantageous to the rich of research of university cultural capital,andhelp students form a reasonable career intentions.Through the survey of university cultural capital impacting on college students, andcollege students in choosing a career intention analysis of the differences, on the basis of it,we are researching the university of cultural capital’s impact on college students’ careerintention.Through the analysis, university cultural capital has different influence tostudents from the gender, educational background, professional,and different gender,educational background, professional students has different career intentions.And culturalcapital, material capital and institutional capital have different degree of various parts forthe employment intention of correlation. Therefore, we should take advantage of universitycultural capital to help students set up clear concept of choosing a career, making themcombined with reality, and help update the concept of choosing a career, making themhave innovation,and help position the career role, shaping students’ personality traits.
