Harmony relationships between teachers and students are very important in educational culture, for it could make sure the teaching process goes well. Meanwhile, education technology is some kind of essential force to promote the development of education and really influence the relationships above. Countless educators have made much insightful analysis on it and Michel Foucault is the most special one among them. He gave totally new interpretations of such relationships from a micro-power perspective.With the age of information coming, effects from education technology on process will be more and more profound and widespread. On the one hand, it promotes the development of education informatization. On the other hand, it brings great challenge to real education with many effects on the relationship developments between teachers and students. It has become different from the traditional one in the informatization education environment. It is a key issue to understand it correctly and build a harmonious teacher-student relationship for current education. And Foucault’s theory has offered us a new perspective for analysis.The teacher-student relationship is chosen to be the subject in this paper with the background of communication technology development history and the perspective of micro-power. This paper analyzes the changes of media development history, education history and teacher-student power relationship both in theory and practice in order to figure out the patterns and trends. Besides, it focuses on the influence on teaching process and teacher-student relationship caused by the development of communication technology, then tries to summary micro-power knowledge from such changes.This paper aims at exploring how to improve teacher-student relationship in the process of education informatization from cross-disciplinary perspectives of education, micro-political science, and so on.
