The harmonious development of graduate teacher-student relationship plays a pivotal role in the field of education.At present,there are more and more researches on the relationship between graduate teachers and students,and the coverage is also expanding,showing a trend of diversification as a whole,However,with the increasing uncertainties affecting the relationship between graduate students and teachers,new problems have emerged in the relationship between graduate students and teachers.Although many theories are currently being applied to the research of graduate-teacher-student relationships,they lack Foucault-style "eyes".Therefore,based on the characteristics of Foucault's disciplinary power,this study attempts to reconstruct a new type of graduate-teacher-student relationship from this unique perspective,and provide a reflective reference for studying the graduate-teacher relationship in reality.This research is based on the literature analysis method.By combing and summarizing the literature on the "status quo of graduate student-student relationship" in the past five years,as well as case studies and interview survey methods,five pairs of graduate student-students in Shanghai University of Science and Technology E University In-depth interviews on the"Current Status of Graduate Teacher-Student Relationship" further understood the main problems in the current graduate teacher-student relationship.First of all,starting from the problem,through the analysis of the discipline strategy of graduate teacher-student power interaction from the perspective of discipline,it is found that there are such relations as"utilitarianization and mechanization leading to the breakdown of natural teacher-student relations" and "discipline-induced "The teacher-student relationship is alienated and indifferent" and the training strategies such as "inequality of teacher-student status created by power knowledge" are ineffective.Then from the table and the excavation,the reasons for the failure of the discipline strategy of graduate teacher-student relationship are mainly"utilitarian discipline's disruption of the natural teacher-student relationship","the non-subjectivity of power leads to the alienation and indifference of teacher-student relationship".And "the decentralization of power causes tension between teachers and students" and so on.Based on this,combined with the advantages of disciplined education,it puts forward suggestions on the elimination of improper discipline in the process of graduate-teacher-student interaction and the reconstruction of harmonious graduate-teacher relationship.It emphasizes the reconstruction of ideal graduate teacher-student relationship from the following three aspects:first,acknowledge the rationality of the "regulatory relationship" and accept the conflict between graduate students;To master the balance between "discipline" and "freedom" and guide graduate students to actively plan for"self-construction".
