The admission policy of higher education for nationalities in China is our country for the development of ethnic areas of society, economy, culture and the cultivation of high-level talents of ethnic minorities, which is an important part of preferential policy.The policy is not only an innovation of the national higher education policy, but also to improve the condition of lack of high-level personnel in ethnic minority areas, to promote the balanced development of the education,which has played a certain positive role, but there are still some problems and challenges at present.This research mainly consists of five parts:Part1:introduction. Starting from the selected topic background and significance, summarizes the existing related research results at home and abroad, put forward the main research methods and ideas of this research, and defines related conceptions, and finally, points out the innovation and deficiency of this study.Part2:The evolution of admission policy of higher education for nationalities minority. Combed and summarized the history formation and development of admission policy of higher education for nationalities. Reviews the formation and development of policy, the author divides into five stages:the initiated formation, tortuous development, stagnation, recovery development and gradually improvement.Part3:The policy analysis of "The program of high-level backbone talents for minority". Focus on analysis two aspects:the policy’s contention and the value orientation,and combined with the theory basis for this policy to affirm its rationality, effectiveness.Part4:The problems of "The program of high-level backbone talents for minority"."The program of high-level backbone talents for minority" brings the positive role at the same time, it existing many problems. This research mainly from the government, universities and the minority graduate paper summarizes main body and the social four aspects.Part5:Perfect countermeasures of "The program of high-level backbone talents for minority". According to the current main problems,puts forward relevant countermeasures and Suggestions.
