Dialogue type teaching is a new and challenging teaching methods,teaching in the classroom,to achieve dialogue cognitive resonance,emotional communication between teachers and students must be and monologue type teaching way of teaching,teaching goal,the different status between teachers and students,etc.That must adhere to the principle of equal relationship between teachers and students.So we can read the dialogue type teaching is the teachers and students together in a kind of respect to the relations of equality,mutual trust,under the premise of teachers’ teaching methods,the body of the teacher is teaching in the teaching process,and the main body of students is to learn,to ensure the principal position of students,help students to develop its subjective initiative,raises the independent thinking ability and innovation ability.Dialogue type teaching method in today’s teaching practice has achieved good results,but as a new teaching form,dialogue type teaching both in theory and in practice are not yet.Under such a social background and the era demand,the author started from the connotation of the dialogue type teaching theory,through the in-class lectures and interviews to understand the current high school ideological and political class teacher give priority to,students lack of learning initiative,meaningless dialogue on classroom interaction abound such as the status quo.To analyze its reasons mainly include the influence of the traditional teaching concepts,test pressure,conversation skills teachers,and teachers’ lack of transition.And combining the present situation and the reason from the ascension teacherthe dialogue ability and improve students’ enthusiasm of this two angles give improvement strategies to improve the high school thought political lesson dialogue type teaching quality.
