The ideological and political theory course teachers are a special team of Chinese universities. They like the teachers of other disciplines, not only charged with the duties of’preaching, tuition, doubts’,but also shoulder training the important task of qualified builders and reliable successors of the socialist cause. Therefore, the ideological and political theory courses teachers not only impart knowledge in the classroom, but also need to play an effective role in guiding students in their’second classes’. Theory organizations in colleges are the practice of ideological and political theory courses carrier. With the strengthening of college students’political consciousness, the number, size, and influence of theory organizations in colleges are showing the number of upward momentum. Theoretical objects of students in theory organizations and the teacher’s role of ideological and political theory courses are consistent. The study aims to discover the role definition of the ideological and political teachers within the related student theoretical association, as well as establishing beneficial interaction between them, etc.The study began from concepts, which elaborated the concepts and features of ideological and political courses and theory organizations in colleges. In the article, the outcomes of teacher-student interaction in the association were also combed; on the basis of summing up outstanding theoretical experience in community organizations, the status of interaction between students and teachers were described in details. Moreover, theory organizations in colleges was used to analyze the process, in which the factors that affected the positive interactive mechanism were found; the mechanism can be divided as dynamic, operational and regulative ones. Nevertheless, from the perspective of "large classroom", teachers, students and the association should make joint efforts in terms of facilitating positive interactions. |
