Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Amateur Tennis Club In Guangzhou

With the development of economy and the enhancement of people's sports consciousness,people gradually choose the leisure environment in the sports place,and the domestic amateur tennis club league is officially opened in 2017.Guangzhou is a region with a large number of tennis people,which provides a broader development platform for the development of amateur tennis.Guangzhou Amateur Tennis Club in recent years has been rapid development,amateur tennis club relying on sports centers,communities,institutions,colleges and universities teaching land of the tennis courts exist.However,the development of amateur Tennis Club has brought about a series of problems related to personnel management,club management,management and so on.Therefore,taking Guangzhou amateur Tennis Club as the object of investigation,and hopes to put forward effective countermeasures.At the same time,we hope to promote the branding and systematic construction and development of Guangzhou Amateur Tennis Club,so as to provide some reference and guidance value for promoting the development of national fitness activities.By using the methods of literature,observation,questionnaire,interview,mathematical Statistics and so on,this paper takes 10 amateur tennis clubs,500 tennis participants,50 club leaders and their amateur tennis club coaches in 12 districts of Guangzhou as the object of investigation.This paper studies the present situation and countermeasures of Guangzhou Amateur Tennis Club,and draws the following conclusions:1.The implementation of the amateur tennis club in Guangzhou is mainly the operation of the tennis club,the use of the site and the maintenance fee are high;the concentration of the tennis club has a certain relation with the economic development of the region.2.Among the participants of Guangzhou Amateur Tennis Club,the tennis population is relatively increased,and the distribution age is mainly concentrated in college students and civil servants,and the professional level of managers is not the same as the skill level of tennis enthusiasts.3.In the operation of the amateur tennis club in Guangzhou,the management of the amateur tennis club has no strict definition on the level requirements of the manager;the organization system is not socialized,and the management of various aspects is uneven,andthe management of the system is lacking.4,Guangzhou amateur tennis club location advantage is obvious,but the policy guidance and encouragement support is not enough.There are many amateur tennis clubs in Guangzhou,which have a wide distribution area and have a certain scale.There are many amateur tennis events,but there are few brand events.In view of the advantages and disadvantages of Guangzhou Amateur Tennis Club in the process of development,this paper puts forward four suggestions for the development of Guangzhou Amateur Tennis Club.(1)To standardize and guide the healthy development of various types of tennis body-building organizations at all levels,and to actively build the main management mode of the club as the main organizational form,and as the sports organization to promote the development of the tennis,the tennis club will improve the tennis population of Guangzhou,It is very important to strengthen the people's physical literacy.(2)Strengthen the re-study of the professional level and skill level of the participants,which can bring good health to the people,and also make the inner world of the participants strong,and enhance the ability of the participants,so as to improve the overall quality of the club participants.(3)The relevant functional departments should make use of the advantages and characteristics of the region,pay attention to the development of the policy guidance of the participation of the social organizations,improve the incentive mechanism,fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the tennis lovers,and make the influence of the tennis movement more and more large and achieve the goal of the whole people's participation.(4)grasping the amateur club league is the core event,the personal events are to be divided into a level,and in-depth reform is carried out;on the basis of enriching the existing brand competition,an amateur tennis brand competition with regional characteristics is built,the service quality is improved,and the public tennis fitness requirement is met;To enhance the sense and satisfaction of the social public in the exercise of tennis.
