Governance Research Of SZ Radio And TV University

University is an important part of modern society, with the various stakeholder groups in close contact.Construction of governance structure of the university, is an important guarantee for sustainable development in the public universities of our country. This paper under the background of the national development of University Construction, SZ Radio and TV University as research object, discuss the construction problem about management structure of university in the perspective of the Stakeholder theory.This research starts from the perspective of stakeholder theory, analysis the main governance structure of the university, that the Government, regional economic and social are the important external stakeholders for university, that the presidents(administrators), teachers, students are the important internal stakeholders. The university of external management structure is mainly refers to the government,regional economy, society and the problem of the relationship with university, and the university of internal management structure is mainly refers to the principals, teachers, students and the problem of the relationship with university. Secondly, through the investigation research of public university in SZ Radio and TV University,points out the main problem of university governance structure, and analysis from too much government contol of policy level, too little regional economy inter of economic level, too small social dimension of social level, and administrative power, academic power and student rights balance. Finally, the key to construction of the university governance structure is to establish the consultation and cooperation relation between government and university, interactive services between university and regional economic, emphasis on mutual participation between university and society, and president, teacher, student participation in the management pattern research. Clearly the respective responsibility and right, achieve to the harmonious and balanced pattern about governance structure of university.
