With the development of information technology, people’s pace of life has been acceleratedand the lifestyle has also been changed. The advent of smart phones, tablet computers, E-bags andother intelligent terminals has brought about huge changes in people’s learning style. Learning isnot only limited to the classrooms, libraries or other special learning places. People can studyeverywhere such as on the bus, in the coffee shop, on the queue and so on. In a word, theaccelerated pace of people’s lives and the advent of various intelligent terminals provide peoplewithubiquitouslearningenvironment. In the ubiquitous learning environment, students should better study in their own learningstyle, learning pace, learning preferences so as to improve their learning efficiency. Therefore, it isquite necessary to provide a personalized learning system feasible on the intelligent terminal tomeetlearners’ learningneeds.Ubiquitous learning environment is popular with learners for it can supply strong interactive, high perceptible as well as rich learning resources and timely learning help. One important pointneeds to be mentioned is that the majority of learners learn informally in the ubiquitous learningenvironment. As the learning environment is unstable, the learning time is often short or evenmomentary. Therefore, this thesis aims to design personalized learning process activities forlearnersfromtheperspectiveofminiaturization. The thesis firstly analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing system ofpersonalized learning and ubiquitous learning, and then designs a learning system combined withtheadvantages ofubiquitouslearningenvironment soas to meetdifferentneedsoflearners. The author mainly designs the structure of the system, analyzes the system’s functionality andthen designs a micro-personalized learning process to meet learners. To make the function of thesystem and the use-pattern clearer, the thesis expounds the specific implementation of the learningprocess with “network cable production” as an example. Finally, the thesis describes related technologies of the system in brief. The thesis focuses on designing on the whole in hope ofproviding references forfuture systemdevelopment.
