On February21,2013, Google announced that Google Glass presold plan, publicly accept reservations.The glass gather voice control pictures, video calls, identify the direction, surf the web, word processing and E-mail which take the future sicience and technology from the movie to reality. Just as McLuhan said, the media become an extension of the body. Reality, new media become the extension of the body as Marshall McLuhan said. With the popularity of intelligent terminal equipment, LBS technology maturing, a new kind of social tools SoLoMo exchanges appeared. SoLoMo interaction is based on individual position, location search the people around us, and communicate information, emotion and so on. This new form of interaction is rapidly developing in young users, a new interaction mode comes to life. As the main force in young people, college students, for new things are always ready to accept. By studying college students SoLoMo usage, the use of behavior relation with loneliness, happiness, finds some problems in its new communication mode, and put forward Suggestions to solve these problems.Defines use of SoLoMo contacts for this study two aspects, one is the behavioral level (intensity), the second is the cognitive level (preferences), and adopted the Caplan (2003) interactive preference scale, ESLS (loneliness scale), and Campbell, happiness scale, college students in chongqing area SoLoMo interactions within the user as the research object, through questionnaire survey, using SPSS17.0to statistical data, combined with the literature of college students using the SoLoMo interaction behavior and the relation with mental health were analyzed.The results are as follows:Network communication has become an important part of college life. SoLoMo interaction as a new communication mode, becomes a supplement, the social networking is not a mainstream of social networking. Curious, no dating purpose browse into the mainstream of purpose, there still have a quarter of the users hope to make new friends through SoLoMo interaction, whether online or offline become friends. Some users have addiction of college students. SoLoMo using preference was significantly positively related to the intensity of use, SoLoMo preferences and loneliness was significantly positively related, SoLoMo use strength, appetite and happiness, has negative correlation SoLoMo use intensity had no significant correlation between with loneliness.In intensity of use and preferences and measure of loneliness, social loneliness and using SoLoMo interaction has no obvious correlation, emotional loneliness and preferences are significantly related to the intensity of using SoLoMo interaction. Results show that the SoLoMo use to the mental health of college students still have influence, and its main effect is the reverse.SoLoMo communication as a kind of new mode, inevitably has its duality. On the one hand, new contacts for stranger exchanges provides more convenience, availability, expand people’s social, overcome the alert sense of modern people when communicating with strangers and-fear; on the other hand, SoLoMo interaction is convenient, quick and dismembered people normal frequency of consumption of the relationship between strangers, can lead to the communication between strangers become lack of sincerity of interactive games. Through research, the use of SoLoMo interaction relationship between college students’ mental health into negative effects, should be timely and correctly guide students to using SoLoMo exchanges:correct understanding of SoLoMo exchanges, attaches great importance to the real emotion, attaches great importance to the media literacy education, and actively participate in practical activities, medium shoulder its responsibility, to guide college students should correctly using SoLoMo exchanges.
