Abstract:This research is mainly under the background of urban and rural plan as a whole, from the perspective of social interaction integrated research of Changsha urban and rural elderly mental health and its influencing factors.The research mainly used questionnaire survey and in-depth structured interview method research methods, survey a random sample of20060-80year-old urban and rural elderly in Changsha city, on their social interaction, social support and mental health, and compare urban and rural elderly mental health and its influencing factors, and then to constructive suggestions to improve the quality of life for the elderly, to achieve healthy aging.The study results show that:First, The urban and rural elderly in social interaction objects and places of social interaction, way of social interaction, social interactive content, social interaction main purpose specific distribution both have commonalities and characteristics, but mainly features; Second, the mental health status of the urban and rural elderly in general there are differences, but there are the common urban elderly mental health is better than the elderly in rural areas,; Third, the factors influencing the social interaction of urban and rural elderly mental health disparities commonness and characteristics.Finally, from the conversion of social interaction characteristics, social support system sound and meet the elderly the actual demands of the three aspects, the author gives the concrete proposals to improve the level of mental health in the elderly.
