According to<Report of China Education Development Statistics2011>, gross enrollment ratios of china has reached26.9%, especially in some east developed region, this record is closed to50%, and the number of college students is over31.67million. The research on connotation and constitute of students subjective happiness, and research on the method of subjective happiness cultivate is not only concern the personal life quality of students, but also concern the viability and competitive strength of the next generation social subject of the nation. So, promote the subjective happiness level of students is an important substance of college students affairs and an important method of improve the ideological political work.Based on this view angle, after discussed the connotation of students subjective happiness, this article analysised the function, mechanism and implement counterplan of quality development exercise in students subjective happiness development and advance. And presented the research topic:<Study of positive interaction and effective method between subjective happiness and quality development exercise of college students>.The concept, characteristic and connotation of subjective happiness was discussed on first step, based on the correlation studies result, the specific feature of students was analysis, combined with the experience of students affair, the important influencing factors of students subjective happiness was concluded:gender factor, family factor, character factor, achievement motivation factor, EQ factor. According to these factors, the effective path of developing the students subjective happiness level was provided: perfect the personal characteristics, support by the family, and promote the natural ability.With the previous result, the viewpoint of using the quality development exercise to promote the students subjective happiness level was provided. Firstly, the correlations between quality development exercise and subjective happiness promotion was analysis, depend on the correlations, the important content of positive interaction between them was obtained:strengthen social practice by quality development exercise, improve the comprehensive ability; integrate develop idea by quality development exercise, advance the sense and ability of survival; enhance vocational counsel by quality development exercise, promote the ability of obtain employment; advocate enterprise education by quality development exercise, encourage the students to develop independent enterprise consciousness.Next, the safeguard mechanism of synergisitic between students subjective happiness and quality development exercise was researched, the result is specific goal system, detailed synergisitic path and reasonable evaluation system.At the end, based on the specific subdivide link of subjective happiness and students affair experience, the definite implement path of improving the students subjective happiness level by quality development exercise was provide creatively. The result can be expressed as:promote the physical health by quality development exercise, increase health happiness level; promote the mental health by quality development exercise, increase aggressive happiness level; promote interpersonal relationship by quality development exercise, increase teamwork happiness level; promote competitiveness by quality development exercise, increase enterprise success happiness level.From the above, this article summarized the constitute and influencing factor of students subjective happiness by deconstructing its connotation, with the correlation analysis method, obtained the effect, interation form, implement method of improve the students subjective happiness level by quality development exercise as result, and the result has fine guidance and reference value for students affair and major training in college.
