Literature review shows that the study about organization began in the late19th century and the beginning of the20th century.At the end of the last century, there are scholars who began to treat organization as similar to human organism. Thus, the term-organizational quality appeared. However, from the existed literature, hardly can we find any scientific definition of organizational quality, let alone to find out some researches that have scientific value.To explore whether the quality of organization exists, and their value of existence, if there is, and what is organizational quality, the author interviews some experts and professors of the management science area in order to gather the information related to the quality of organization. The results show that all scholars hold the view that the quality of the organization exists, and the level of the quality of the organization has a great impact on organizations. By making the induction and extraction of the results from previous literature and interviews, the questionnaire of evaluating the quality of organization thus is formed.According to those related literature, the author makes some generalization and induction to the factors that affect the quality of organization, leading to compile the organization quality assessment questionnaire, which owns high reliability and validity relatively.In order to understand and master the basic status of Sanli’s organizational quality, which is located in Chongqing, two different versions of questionnaire for78trainers and207trainees are handed out. Recoveries for both versions are100%, among which the valid number of those questionnaires occupy78and207, meaning that the efficiency rates are100%and99.04%separately. By analysis of questionnaire, the conclusion shows that the school leaders of Sanli Vocational School have high quality, which leaving good impression on employees; and employees are highly thought by students in all aspects; more Sanli has fit working environment and advanced equipment;all this is benefit from its advanced culture and orderly organization and management.This questionnaire for the evaluation Sanli Vocation, combined the author’s understanding to the real situation of this training school, this paper comes to the conclusion that Sanli training school can bring a lot of inspirations to the line from the following four qualities, namely, people, management, material and culture.
