Research On Problems And Difficulties In The Reformation Of University Governance

In recent years, the scale of China’s colleges and universities expanded rapidly and the number of mandates they bear are increasing gradually, the challenges they encounter will be more and more. In order to meet these challenges, many universities set out to reform the internal management system, as an attempt to optimize the university management system, reformation of governance is used generally. At present, there will be many problems and difficulties in the process because the reformation of university governance is still in its infancy. In this article, I analyzed the problems and difficulties encountered during the reformation of university governance, and proposed some strategies to those problems and difficulties. The research on the problems and strategies during the reformation of university governance will be helpful for our understanding of the essence of the reform. What’s more, it will help to bring this reform into effect..The whole text is divided into five parts. The first chapter is Introduction. It includes the background and significance of my research, study methods used as well as introduction of some relevant concepts. The second chapter mainly introduces the process of reformation on internal management system and the condition of the reformation of university governance. The third chapter discusses the targets that the reformation of university governance should realize as well as the problems in the process of reformation. Chapter Four is about the corresponding countermeasures to the problems proposed in last chapter. Chapter Five is the summary of my research. Among them, the Third and the Fourth chapters are the focus of the article.
