Interpersonal relationship plays a vital role in everyone’s development,especially for teenagers. It also has a great influence on teenagers’self-consciousness development, score improvement, the development oftheir mental health, attitudes towards life and social skills. This articleexplores the methods of building the good interpersonal communication,which concludes three main parts: the first part is to make the definition ofinternational communication; the second part is the analysis of the presentsituation of the problems of middle school students’ interpersonalrelationship, and the reason of it. That mainly presents in the associatingwith their parents, classmates and friends. In addition, the study also refersto the problem of contacting strangers and some from the Internet, whichappears with the development of politics and economy in our society. Thethird part is the way of the cultivation of good interpersonal relationship.Put forward the solution to the problem of middle school students’interpersonal relationship. Firstly, from middle school students themselvesperspective, they should make more efforts, like correctly treating therelationship with their parents, teachers and classmates, and especiallylearn how to associate with the opposite sex. Secondly, from the others’perspective, on the contrary, parents should strengthen their children’sknowledge about adolescence psychology and understand them. What’smore, with each contradictory glimpse of middle school students’antagonistic psychology, parents should give their children reasonablefamily education; teachers ought to respect and take care of every student,constructing the harmonious atmosphere of interpersonal relationship, setup the association situation of group activity; country should strengthen thenetwork legislation, and especially network morality education forteenagers. etc. Finally, the study also makes a discuss of the principles and skills we should follow in associating with others in the process ofcontacting middle school students, which are the necessary contents ofbuilding the good interpersonal relationship.
