A Preliminary Study On The Way Of Cultivating Students' Constitutional Awareness In Junior High Schools

The Communist Party of China held its 19 th Congress,which marked the new era of socialist rule of law construction with Chinese characteristics.With the full implementation of the 2018 amendment to the Constitution,all walks of life attach great importance to the study of the Constitution.As teenagers,junior middle school students are the future strength of national construction and the builders and successors of the socialist cause.Therefore,the constitutional consciousness of junior middle school students determines the legal literacy of Chinese citizens in the future society to a great extent and has an important influence on the socialist legal cause of China.School is an important subject to cultivate students' constitutional consciousness and carries an important historical mission.This paper will study the cultivation path of junior high school students' constitutional consciousness.By taking the school as the starting point,this paper explores the way to cultivate the constitutional consciousness among junior middle school students.Firstly,the basic concept of constitutional consciousness is expounded.Secondly,through the interview,questionnaire survey and other forms,conducting the empirical analysis of the training status quo of junior high school students' constitutional awareness.In the end,it puts forward the implementation way to train junior middle school students' constitutional consciousness.The body of this paper consists of three chapters,which are as follows:Chapter one: An overview of constitutional consciousness.In this chapter,the concept of constitution and constitutional consciousness is defined firstly.Secondly,the main content of constitutional consciousness is discussed.In the end,from the three perspectives of society,school and students,the importance of developing junior middle school students' constitutional consciousness is expounded systematically.Chapter two: The investigation and analysis of the present situation of junior middle school students' constitutional consciousness.Through the empirical investigation of three middle schools in Zhangjiakou city,and by means of questionnaire,literature review and on-site interview,this paper takes constitutional consciousness as the basis,from the consciousness of constitutional supremacy,The Party's Leadership and the Conformity Consciousness of Ruling the Country by Constitutionpeople's sovereignty,civil rights consciousness,and the sense of fulfilling obligations,six aspects to analyze the present situation of junior middle school students' constitutional consciousness.From the four aspects of students,schools,families,and society,this paper analyzes the reasons that impede the formation of junior middle school students' constitutional consciousness.Chapter three: The study of the way to cultivate the constitutional consciousness of junior middle school students.The main body of cultivating junior middle school students' constitutional consciousness includes society,school,family,and students.Because of the patchy and disorderly way of cultivating students' constitutional consciousness in family and society,school education is the main way to train social talents with the order,system,and plan,in which teachers play an important role in training junior middle school students' constitutional consciousness.For this reason,this paper starts from the teacher,through the teacher establishes the brand-new education idea,the conformity of teaching content,the optimization of teaching method to strengthen the junior middle school student's constitutional consciousness.Secondly,through combining the advantages of schools,families,and society,a linkage mechanism is formed to strengthen the constitutional consciousness of junior middle school students.In the end,students improve their constitutional consciousness through self-guidance and self-education.This part is the core content of this paper.The task of cultivating junior middle school students' constitutional consciousness can't be accomplished overnight,which needs the extensive scholars and educational experts to carry out in-depth theoretical research and actively explore the effective cultivation path.
