It is a time of big explosion of knowledge and technology now.The quality of the students is directly related to the fate of the nations.Therefore,whether people have scientific literacy plays a key role in the development of a country.At the National Education conference in 2018,president Xijinping stressed that China's education should focus on training innovative,compound and applied talents.The new curriculum reform clearly points out that "physics course in the compulsory education stage aims at improving students' scientific literacy." What our country executes is nine-years compulsory education.To cultivate students' scientific literacy in the stage of compulsory education is of practical significance to improve the national comprehensive quality.In recent years,the state has vigorously advocated quality education and made effort to improve the comprehensive quality of students.However,in reality,there are still various resistances cultivating in junior high school students' scientific literacy in the far-reaching influence in our country.On the other hand,junior high school students' thinking mode and learning habits have not been cultivated.Most junior high school students fail to internalize theoretical knowledge as subject knowledge.They also fail to apply their scientific knowledge and principles to solves their own problems in real life.Which reflects the relative lack of scientific literacy of junior high school students.Physics,based on its subject characteristics,has certain advantages in cultivating junior high school students' scientific literacy.Therefore,Physics education shoulders the important task of cultivating the scientific literacy of junior high school students.In this paper,through learning and drawing on the lessons from the relevant theories and achievements of the predecessors in junior high school's physics teaching,using the pedagogy,psychology and management,and soon combine with their own years of teaching experience and ideas to take SP Middle school in Dongguan as an example,through the surrey of the current situation of junior high school students' scientific literacy,the analysis why students lack of scientific literacy.The definition of "scientific literacy" is redefined from four dimensions: scientific knowledge,scientific skills,scientific methods and scientific attitude.In this paper,from the angle of junior high school physics experiment operation and around the four dimensions of junior high school students' scientific literacy,the author thinks and explores the strategies of cultivating the scientific literacy of junior high school students.From the two levels of "physics experiment teaching process" and "physics experiment characteristics",she devoted herself the effective cultivation of students' observation ability,learning ability and application ability through physical experiments.It can effectively mobilize the interest and effectiveness of students' learning and improve their learning enthusiasm.Thus to improve the overall scientific literacy of junior high school students.
