Research On Ideological And Moral Education Countermeasure Of Speciality Students At High School

Student-centered, all the students, for all students, for students of allround development of students. This is the aim of education reform and coreconcept of contemporary education. Education in our country is changingfrom unified specifications to difference. Those who are prominent inspeciality and creativity are outstanding talents. Therefore, in education weshould renew our ideas，do well in the relationship between basic quality andspeciality training, create good conditions and guide the training of specialityalong its course of development. To enhance the education work of specialitystudents at high school, to improve the morality and scientific knowledge ofstudents，and to nurture generations of builders and successors of thesocialism, is the educators’ sacred mission.My paper is based on the existing study of the ideological and moraleducation, and it particularly targets the students who specialize in arts orsports. With the use of literature research etc, I analyses the problems andtheir reasons which exist in the ideological and moral education of specialitystudents at high school, by observing and describing the current situation oftheir ideological and moral education, from the aspects of school，teacher，family, and society.At the same time, I also point that in order to improve theideological and moral education of speciality students at high school，weshould pay attention to the principle of openness，teach students in accordancewith their aptitude and advance with the times. That is to say, schools shouldtry their best to develop the internal and external resources, teachers shouldeducate students according to their nature ability, students and parents shouldchange their perceptions, and what’s more，the society should puriyf theatmosphere and work hard to make the ideological and moral education generate actual effect.
