The general high school ideological and political curriculum standards(2017 version)put forward the core literacy of ideological and political disciplines,and public participation as one of them is an important task of ideological and political courses to cultivate high school students.The high school stage is an important period for shaping key abilities and essential qualities in a person's life.Public participation literacy is a necessary literacy before high school students enter colleges and society.The ideological and political courses shoulder the burden of cultivating high school students' public participation literacy.The so-called public participation literacy cultivation of high school students in the ideological and political course refers to the process of cultivating the public participation awareness,knowledge and ability in the ideological and political course with the help of certain methods and methods.It mainly includes public participation awareness and public participation knowledge the content of public participation capabilities,showing comprehensive,practical and systematic characteristics.Through questionnaire surveys and interviews,I learned that the current ideological and political curriculum has the following problems in the cultivation of public participation literacy among high school students: Some high school political teachers have misunderstood cognition of public participation literacy cultivation among high school students,showing that knowledge is more important than ability and form is more effective.Re-examination scores less qualities;the content of cultivating public participation literacy of high school students in ideological and political courses deviates from reality,which is manifested as deviating from teaching goals,deviatingfrom education objects,and deviating from social life;ideological and political courses from high school students in public participation literacy cultivation The form is relatively simple,which is manifested in a single teaching method and a single form of activity;some high school students are not sufficiently involved in the cultivation of public participation literacy in the ideological and political courses,which is manifested in insufficient participation in classroom learning and insufficient participation in extracurricular practice.For its reasons,it is mainly due to the poor social atmosphere and support channels of public participation literacy cultivation,which is manifested by the low level of public participation literacy as a whole and the low supply of public participation literacy cultivation channels for high school students;Inadequate support for participation in literacy cultivation is manifested by insufficient integration and development resources in some middle schools,insufficient supply of guarantee conditions in some middle schools,and unreasonable evaluation systems in some middle schools;parents' insufficient role in nurturing their children's public participation in literacy is manifested by some parents' Public participation literacy participation is not high,and some parents do not pay attention to their children's public participation literacy cultivation;some high school students lack public participation awareness and literacy cultivation methods,which is manifested by the lack of strong public participation awareness and public participation literacy self-cultivation methods improper.In order to improve its cultivation effect,the following countermeasures are proposed:optimizing the social atmosphere and conditions of public participation literacy cultivation of high school students,including efforts to improve the overall literacy of public participation,broadening the public participation literacy cultivation channels of high school students;The cultivation system of literacy includes establishing the awareness of cultivating public participation literacy of high school students based on ideological and political courses,coordinating and improving the public participation literacy cultivation ability of high school political teachers,and reforming the evaluation system of public participation literacy cultivation of high school students in ideological and political courses;guiding parents to participate Public participation literacy cultivation activities for themselves and their children,including strengthening home-school links to guide parents to improve public participation literacy,urging parents to pay attention to their children's public participation literacy cultivation;actively guiding high school students to strengthen public participation awareness and optimizing literacy cultivation methods,including focusing on nurturing high school students Awareness of public participation,and guide high school students to master the correct way of learning.
