Actuality And Countermeasure Of Speciality Provision In Xingtai Secondary Vocational School

Speciality provision is a sign to distinguish between vocational education and general education.It is a link between the secondary vocational school and the society,also the core of secondary vocational school.An appropriate speciality provision can optimize speciality overall arrangement,accomlish the training objectives of vocational education,cultivate the urgently-needed talents for the local area,meet the demand of the development of the market economy and further promote the development of regional economy.Therefore,how to set up the speciality is the key to solve the problem of secondary vocational education.This thesis utilizes the literature research method,the research method,the empirical research method and the comparative research method to carry on a deep research on the secondary vocational education school speciality provision.There are four chapters in this thesis.Chapter one is introduction,it mainly illustraes the significance,background,the basic thought and method of the study and the related research situation at home and abroad.Chapter two focuses on the theoretical basis for speciality provision of the study,discusses the professional connotation,classification and structure,analyze internal and external factors speciality,the basic principles and procedures of speciality provision.Chapter three studies the current situation,characteristics and the scale of development of specility provision of secondary vocational schools which are mainly in Xingtai,it also analyze the present problems and further discusses the main cause of it.Focus on the present situation of speciality provision in Xingtai Secondary vocational school,chapter four puts forward the strategies and suggestions from two aspects: the optimization of the internal and external environment of the speciality provision.
