There is a saying that thirty percent of technology and seventy percent ofmanagement in nowadays economic construction. From which We can seethat the significance of management. So is education management.Educationmanagement is the core of the school work.It is closely related to the teachingquality and impact teaching quality.Which also plays an important role indevelopment of the students, teacher and school.However, there also exist some problems in education management.First,education management theories are not advanced and also are not completelyimplemented.The managers put high value on score which students got.Ubiquity of exam-oriented education, scores highest of the environment iscenter of education management. There are many obstacles in running aregulate and standard school.The school and teacher have many programs andplans however, which are not implemented. Second,Operation control isinflexible and education process management is weakened. Qualitymanagement emphasizes score. In operation management,form is first andcontent is next.In process management, process is weakened and theadministrators put high value on score and ignore "the process and method" ofhow to obtain knowledge.The Score is a measure of the quality of schooleducation scale, the score is assessment indicators of teachers’ teachingabilities.the score is standard of identifying students’ quality.Aiming to solve encountered issues, this article proposes these solution.First,change education ideas and come true people oriented idea. Carry outstudent-centered learning,respect student and pay highly attention to students’all-around development.Teacher should be fundamentality of education.Beinga education administrator, teachers promote happiness of occupation andprovide condition to development of teaching profession. To come true student-oriented is only way to implement education regulation.Only ifemphasize teachers’professional development educators can firmly makeplans and implement them. Second, activate education business managementby optimizing management system and setting up engagement mechanism.Optimizing management system are reflected in highlighting work ofeducational research group and highlighting the position of chief of educatorgroup. Provide information platform to supervisor and implement democraticassessment. Third, set up advanced teaching process management thoroughregular teaching and school-based teaching and research.Teacher try toexplain profound course in simple way during prepare lessons. Carry outpractical and effective lesson. Pursue the quality of task Second, Innovateschool-based teaching research management, innovate lesson observation andevaluation management. Enhance school-based small subject research andvalue school-based course development.Forth,To create the multipleevaluation mechanism contribute to evaluation system to development ofteachers professional development and students all-around development.Involve teaching attitude to evaluation system. Enlarge the evaluation scale ofteaching ability. Reform the method of evaluation to teaching achievementand students’ leaning achievement. Value students’ personality traits.
