Psychological adaptation refers to the individual psychological andbehavioral reaction caused by the change of the environment and physical andmental. Development and training of psychological adaptability is a keyproblem in the research of mental health education. To the preschool normalschool students as the future kindergarten teachers, the psychologicaladaptation not only affect their mental health,but also subtle impact on thefuture work of the object-the development of young children. The preschoolnormal school students will have some psychological suited to conditions dueto the characteristics of the age and professional development particularity,Fornational minority students, more is to face suited to the psychologicalphenomenon of cultural collision. So concerned about the psychologicaladaptation of the preschool normal school students groups (especiallyminority students), will be for the national family education, especially thenational normal school use of appropriate, accurate means to provide the basisof appropriate education.This study by a questionnaire survey of Erdos Area315Preschoolnormal school students designed to study the psychological adaptation ofPreschool normal school students of the Erdos region’s ethnic differences, students source differences, gender differences and grade differences, explorethe differences between the causes and reasonable educational institutionsrecommendations.This study shows that: the psychological adaptation of young girls frompreschool normal school’s significantly lower than that of young boys; thereis a direct relationship between interpersonal adaptation to students andpreschool normal school students. The first grade students’ psychologicaladaptation is best, grade two or three is poor. Han students’ psychologicaladaptation situation is better than the Mongolian nationality students; Theonly child has no significant influence on the preschool normal schoolstudents’ psychological adjustment; nationality and grade had significantinteraction on physiological adaptation. Han preschool normal school studentsfor the second grade has the worst adaptability, students of grade two andthree have a closer adaptability; the best adaptation of Mongolia nationalitystudents are the second grade students. Grade two are better and grade threeare the worst. There is a significant inter action on interpersonal adaptationbetween Nationality and grade. Han preschool normal school students for thesecond grade have the same adaptability as the third grade students; with theincreasing of Mongolian students, the adaptability decrease slowly.
