In order to implement the scientific outlook on development, implement theState Council promulgated the "national action plan for scientific literacy",cultivate the innovative spirit and practical ability, improve the scientific andtechnological quality of the counselors, new ideas and Countermeasures of ourschool actively explore scientific activities, design and practice of school-basedtechnology suitable for Junior high school students in active development.In this paper, with reference to foreign practice activities integrated learningactivities, analysis the school location, school resources, combined with theschool science curriculum and cultural factors, the practice of science andtechnology activities designed for junior high school students in activedevelopment.This paper mentioned the need to fully tap the resources outside the school,to broaden the students’ view of science, science curriculum system tailored forstudents skills development, practice is foreign to fully tap the social resources,community resources, parent resources, enrich our course, let our school scienceand technology courses, practice system to create a small society, to strengthenthe science and technology curriculum of basic education, improve ourtechnology expanding type course system construction, establish Research-basedType Curriculum Mode for the university student’s characteristics, formationcourse, system of science and technology.In the science and technology education atmosphere rich in school activities,school-based technology practice design: Based on the activity of scientificactivities, popular science base resources based on the design practice, based onthe practical application of research, research of technology practice caneffectively, benign construction and implementation.In the building with multiple intelligence development, abundantschool-based practice after the implementation, our school began to multi-level,multi-angle display and improve students’ ability in the evaluation mode. Specificmeasures: scheme design activities, guiding students to think; design evaluation,evaluation of student activities; recording the utilization activity experiment, guide the students to practice records and reflection; invited outside experts,evaluation of student work; using the flag-raising ceremony, award of science andtechnology students; use of Home-School Interaction Platform, recordingexchange activities.Recalling our school science and technology education in recent years, in thepractice of "school education to the student life development foundation"educational philosophy, has a diversified platform for science and technologyeducation curriculum for students to build.The effects of student participation activities, daily architecture developedthe scientific activities, with the whole of the region and the resources of t heschool, the development of professional design and practical ability of teachers,students’ participation and active construction achieved practical results, can notonly cultivate students interests and scientific literacy, and making the studentspersonality of individuality, out of a science and technology education for thedevelopment of our school road.
