Innovation is the cornerstone of the change of The Times and is the driving force for changing the destiny of individuals,societies and nations.The cultivation of junior school students'innovation ability is the task that the biology curriculum of junior middle school must complete,and it is also the requirement that the biology curriculum standard of junior middle school reflects the country's will to cultivate innovative talents.The purpose of this study is to explore how to develop practical activities of biotechnology to effectively cultivate the creative ability of junior school students..First,through literature research,we can grasp the current research status and clarify the connotation of the concept of innovation ability of junior middle school students.Second,the author has designed a manual for the innovation ability of junior high school students by consulting relevant literature and combining local cultural characteristics,regional environment and actual teaching situation.In addition,the innovation ability of students in experimental class was developed through the practice of biological science and technology,After that,the difference of innovation ability between the experimental class and the control class was analyzed by comparison and questionnaire survey.In the end,four students who participated in the biological science and technology practice were selected to observe the main performances and innovations of the activities.The results are as follows:?1?Biotechnology practice handbook includes observation in Weining buckwheat dominated"angiosperm life",to explore together produce kinds of aquatic plants and observe the black-necked crane life habits as the theme of"Caohai trip",mainly study"Weining karst ecological environment to know how many",mainly to make specimens of"production"and"unique Weining sweet vinegar",how to write essay six activity theme.?2?Questionnaire survey results show that that in comparative classes and experimental classes innovation personality quality,innovation skills,creative thinking quality of t value were-0.957?-0.956?-2.186?-2.577,which in addition to the innovative techniques used are reached significant level,significant probability value p is less than0.05.Compared with the mean of the experimental class innovation ability?M1=168.28?,the t value of the overall control group?M2=162.10?was-3.153,and the significance probability value p was 0.003.So the mean is pretty significant.?3?Compared with the previous four students,the innovation ability of the four students has improved greatly,among which three have won the different awards of Guizhou provincial science and technology innovation contest.In general,The innovation ability of students who participated in the biotechnology practice activity was more optimistic than those who did not participate.It is beneficial to develop comprehensive quality of students to carry out practical activities of biotechnology suitable for students in junior schools.It is important to pay attention to the following points in cultivating the innovation ability of junior middle school students:Create a proper creative atmosphere in the activity to stimulate students'innovative consciousness;It focuses on guiding students to think from multiple angles and using existing resources to solve practical problems in order to expand innovative thinking.Accept the students'different way of thinking and at the same time encourage and praise the students'innovative achievements so that students form a good personality of innovation;Focusing on students'innovative skills training based on the activity process.
