With the emergence of new curriculum reforming, it provides a series of new requirements to the junior middle school of bioloagy teaching. Traditional classroom cannot satisfy the requirements of the learning goals. In recent years, as the times going by, it appeared a lot of learning devices, these learning equipment gradually appear in the primary and secondary schools classroom, it has given rise to a variety of new learning styles at the same time, among them, the flipped class stand out, quickly it gains a lot of attentions in the field of education, and it applies a lot in the classroom of primary and secondary schools.The book of junior high school biology is new edited, the title reflects the characteristics of biological. The object of Biology is a living organism, rather than a stationary object. The flipped class just meets the characteristics of the junior middle school biology. Before the flipped class is the students’ autonomous learning stage, the students can use the Internet video to watch the existing material, they also can use more technology. The middle step of the flipped class is discussion, students can complete the experiment process, and discuss the results of the experiment, students communication with their teams.Through the questionnaire, the study investigate the problems existing in the junior high school biology teaching, and then after the detailed analysis of the survey, we found that today’s teaching mode is centered on the traditional teaching mode, and lower frequency of interaction between teachers and students, the teachers ignore the cultivation of student’s independent learning ability, independent exploration, and the students’ biological subject value degree is not enough. To solve the above problems, this study adopts the new-type teaching mode-flipped class in biology class, and compare it with the traditional teaching mode, the results show that the flipped class teaching mode in junior high school biological on a certain extent has more advantages.This study aims to provide a new idea of junior high school biology teaching. Provide rich flipped class examples in the application of biological disciplines, teaching and offer references for other subjects. Focus on the existing problems of the students, then proposes a more suitable paradigm for the design of biology courses. Through action research, make an active exploration of the application on junior high school biology.
