With the continuous development of the society and the popularity of theInternet applications, the students horizons and knowledge have been increasinglydeep and broad, and the overall quality of students is getting higher and higher.Accompanied by this phenomenon, the requirements of teachers professional qualityfrom society, parents and students are constantly improving. Teacher training as animportant way to improve the professional quality of teachers is favored by theeducational administrative departments at all levels as well as schools and teachers.In recent years, all scales and forms of teacher training have been carried out, butpart of the courses did not solve the practical problems of teachers. The writer takethe design of “inquiry-based learning” teacher training course for instance, study thedesign and development of teacher training curriculum. The main substances of thestudy include: analysis of teacher training curriculum; selection of teaching contentand design of teaching activities of teacher training curriculum; the audit andimplementation of teacher training curriculum; the effect feedback of teachertraining curriculum and so forth. Through research, the writer summarize designmodel and design recommendations for the teacher training curriculum.
