| With the advancement of the new curriculum reform process and the diversification of the training market,Primary and secondary school teachers’ training is constantly innovating and developing.However,there are still problems in traditional training methods,such as the training methods are simple,the training content is lagging behind and the unsatisfactory training effect.With the emergence of these problems,experts and scholars began to pay attention to some new training methods.At the same time,experiential training in the training market is also in the ascendant.Nowadays,it has a more extensive application in the enterprise training,with the primary and secondary school teacher training innovation,to effectively combine the experiential training with primary and secondary school teachers’ training,it is a new attempt.Experiential training is a kind of training method which can achieve the purpose of learning through personal experience.There is a great difference between experiential training and traditional training.Experiential training which is based on the development of humanistic learning theory,constructivism learning theory and situational learning theory,has a strong theoretical support.In this study,I made an investigation about the primary and secondary school teachers who participate in training.The survey shows that,First of all,we divided those teachers into two groups,experiential training and non-experiential training.Secondly,for the primary and secondary school teachers who participated in experiential training,we analyzed their times,type,expectation,and degree of the participation.And then make a comparison between these two groups.Finally,the author tries to put forward some suggestions on the problems encountered by experiential training in primary and secondary school teachers’ training.First,overall coordination,preparing to experiential training for primary and secondary school teachers.Second,implementing and ensuring the primary and secondary school teachers experience-based training process.Highlight the subjectivity of the team cooperation;Third,summary and reflection,consolidate the effect of experiential training for primary and secondary school teachers.with a comprehensive reflection,strengthen transformation and enhance the effect of the training and the evaluation,and the perfection of training mechanism. |
