With the high-speed development of society, people life rhythm speeding up, theeconomic gain unprecedented development situation, people must face variouscompetition and pressure, at the same time will produce a series of psychologicalproblems. If you don’t have good psychological quality, will be hard to adapt to societyand life in the future. This requires that the school education teaching attaches greatimportance to the middle school students’ mental health education. Mental healtheducation is through the psychological counseling, psychological counseling,psychological treatment and popularize mental health knowledge to improve people’smental health education. School mental health education should permeate in eachdiscipline teaching, geography should also discipline characteristic penetratingpsychological health education.Combining with the theory and practice, to the high school geography teachingpermeate an initial investigation on mental health education, some assumptions in termsof specific methods and measures, and puts forward some preliminary methods andways, make the high school geography teaching penetrate psychological healthyeducation has the feasibility and effectiveness. Paper main body includes three parts: thefirst part is the introduction. The second part is the high school geography teachingpermeate the status quo of psychological health education. This part is inthis paper, the high school geography teaching permeate psychological health educationof the implementation of the principles and ways, and required a "reasonable use ofwater resources", required two "man-land relations thought transformation" as anexample, discusses how to effectively penetrate psychological healthy education in theclassroom. Lead from a single knowledge instilling into feelings, respectively from fouraspects knowledge, feeling, meaning, lines transformation of the mode of education ofstudents, pay attention to the infiltration of psychological health education, to "take theteacher as the leading" and "take the student as the main body", carry out the teachingidea of "based on students", and using a variety of teaching methods in classroomteaching, create the teaching situation of harmony, respect the students, listen to theheart-felt wishes of the students, establish a good relationship between teachers andstudents, stimulate students’ motivation and thirst for knowledge, and cultivate theirgood psychological quality.
