Based on the theory of quality-oriented education of "develop for students originally ", the reforms of new history course have changed the fact that it over-emphasized the characters of discipline independence and closely-knit system of the course structure, trend of excessive categories and lack of combination. To set discipline penetration and comprehension as the specific goal of new course reforms is good for improving students' comprehensive qualities. In this thesis paper, by documentary approach, observation approach, analysis approach, etc, the author inquires into the conception, position in teaching, necessities of implementation of historical discipline penetration. On the base of the situation, drawback and cause of historical discipline penetration, the author introduces some countermeasures as to carry out discipline penetration, illustrating from the following aspects: from theory to mechanism, teaching aims to content, teachers' qualities to penetration consciousness as to meet the demands of quality-oriented education.At last, the author probes into problems that history and its relevant disciplines' teaching from two sides, i.e. the humanities and natural discipline have good influences on other relevant disciplines and so does history on other relevant disciplines.
