Self was a structure with strong function. It can monitor and regulate one’s socialadaptive behavior. Cognition has great effect on social adaptive behavior and it canlead to social adaptive behavior. Due to the difference of individual moral cognitionschemata, different people have different moral behavior tendencies. It was confirmedthat moral behavior and moral behavior tendencies was highly consistency in theprevious research. So we believed that moral behavior tendency was a moderatorbetween moral self-concept and moral behavior through moral self-schema.On the basis of the theory, this study focused on the subjects of756collegestudents in Guangzhou, first of all, questionnaire survey method was carried out tostudy the relationship of moral-self concept and pro-social behavior tendency. Then, point detection tasks were carried out to study the effect of moral-self concept on theattention bias of altruistic information. At last, implicit memory paradigm was carriedout to study the implicit altruistic tendencies of different moral-self concept. The main conclusions were as follows:(1) The moral self-concept of college students was generally high. The genderdifferences of moral-self concept was significant, males was lower than females andin each dimension. The gender differences of pro-social behavior were significant, and women’s pro-social behavior scores tend to be higher than boys. The difference ofsingle-children group and non-single-children group was not significant.(2) There was significant positive correlation between moral self concept andpro-social behavior. Moral-self concept, social moral-self concept and interpersonalself-concept can positively predict pro-social behavior tendencies. If moral-selfconcept is higher, and the pro-social behavior will be more.(3) Individuals with high moral-self concept were alert to altruistic words andavoid to the selfish words. Individuals with low moral-self concept avoid to the selfishwords too. (4) Implicit altruistic tendencies of individuals with high moral-self concept wereobviously and implicit selfish tendencies of individuals with low moral-self conceptwere obviously.
